Training is going well. Quite strong.

Carried out a load of efforts this evening. Did some 1 min efforts and a few 2 min efforts. Legs are feeling pretty strong. Breathing is fine too.

Why do I still continue to run? Why not? It has been a part of my life for so long it would be quite silly to stop now. I have no injuries to speak of so I shall continue to pound the roads for as long as I can. Running is always competitive whatever your age. 63 here and I am still able to train hard. How many can say the same?

Running to me represents fresh air - sight seeing - being out and about - staying fit and strong - staying slim. I don't see any negatives at all.

Why do I question my running?

I am very much a rarity so I am bound to wonder at my actions at times, as I question everything else too. Such is life
